PURPOSE:To omit the insulation at the connecting part, to facilitate the positioning, and to prevent the break of the wires by winding the end of the coil around the terminal part covering the connector to which the external leads are connected, applying the melted metal for connection, and accomplishing the connection. CONSTITUTION:To the appropriate position on the surface of a coil end 5, is provided a connector 10a having terminal part 9. A coil end 3 is wound around said terminal part 9. While, a connector 10b wherein holes 11 are provided at the positions corresponding to the terminals part 9 is prepared, and leads 4 are inserted so that the end of cores 12 are protruded in said holes 12. After the connector 10b is covered on the connector 10a, the melted metal for connection is applied in the holes 11, the coil end 3 and the leads 4 are electrically connected, and the connectors 10a and 10b are mechanically connected. |
