PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of a wire which is to be wound by an electrically driven winder by providing an electric motor support member supported for sliding movement in a winding direction with a resistive member with can accummulate forces by advancing movement due to a reactive force in winding so that a circuit for an electric motor is opened when the resistance reaches a preset value. CONSTITUTION:A resistive body 8 is composed with an outer cylinder 10 closed at one end thereof and an inner cylinder 11. A piston 15 having a communicating hole 14 formed therein is disposed in the inner cylinder 11 and is secured to a rod 13. A coil spring 16 is disposed in the outer cylinder 10 between another piston 12 and a flange portion 11a, and oil is contained in the inner cylinder 11 between the piston 15 and a cover member 17. An end of the piston rod 13 which extends outside the cylinders is connected to an arm 7a of an electric motor support member 6 by means of a pin 19. The motor support member 7 is supported for backward and forward movement on guide rails 22. Another arm 7b of the motor support member 7 has a cam 24 mounted thereon which cooperates with a microswitch 15 which, upon operation thereof, opens a circuit for the electric motor. |
