摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable the unskilled operator to run the electric car with excellent operability by providing 2 switches which operate in correspondence with the pushing amount of a brake, increasing and decreasing the conducting rate of a chopper circuit, and varying the setting of the plugging until the car stops by 2 steps. CONSTITUTION:The application of an accelerating pedal during the forward movement is stopped, and a brake pedal is pushed in. Then, a limit switch 12 is closed, and contactors 3MR and 3MF are positioned as shown in the Figure. A plugging detection transistor 21 is turned on and the ignition period of a PUT 38 becomes long. Therfore the conducting rate of a chopper 4 becomes small and the plugging brake force becomes light. When the brake is further pushed in, a limit switch 37 is closed, the ignition period of the PUT 38 becomes short, the conducting rate of the chopper becomes large, and the plugging brake force becomes large. Since the plugging brake force until the car stops can be varied by 2 steps, even the unskilled perator can smoothly run the electric car with excellent operability.</p>
