PURPOSE:To control the combustion of a burner for a hot water supplier and the like so that the water supply temperature can be maintained at an even level irrespective of a change of amount of water supplied by the use of a proportional control valve which varies its opening degree corresponding to an initial water temperature, a flow rate and a water supply temperature detected by respective detecting means. CONSTITUTION:When a pilot burner 12 is fired and a water supply plug 13 is opened, a hydraulic actuator 11 opens a hydraulic valve 10 and a main burner 8 is fired. At the same time, the proportional control valve 7 receives signals from an initial water temperature detector 2, a flow rate detector 3 and a water supply temperature setter 5 and controls its opening degree by means of a controller 4 based on these signals. When another water supply plug 13' is further opened, the water flow rate in a water pipe 1 is increased and the output from the water rate detector 3 is changed. The controller 4 then calculates a total calory required corresponding to the changed output so as to open the valve 7 to a proper position. Thereby the water supply temperature can be maintained at an even level. |
