PURPOSE:To obtain a peripheral anisotropic magnet having no dead point for driving in two-phase by setting a magnetic pole for generating a magnetic field applied perpendicularly to the compressing direction of magnetic powder in molding the powder at predetermined electric angle range. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic powder 4 is filled in a molding die 3 made of nonmagnetic material, and magnetic field generating coil 5 and core 6 are disposed outside the die 3. A current is flowed through the coil 5 to apply ferromagnetic field to the powder 4 thereby aligning the orientation of the powder 4, and the powder 4 is pressed and molded by the upper and lower punches 7 and 8. In this case the coil 5 and the core 6 are disposed asymmetrically within an electric angle range of 90 deg.- 170 deg., thereby obtaining an anisotropic magnet 1 having asymmetric magnetic position. |
