<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material with low specific gravity, high hardness and high workability by providing a specified composition contg. Ag, Pd and Cu to the material. CONSTITUTION:This age hardening flute material consists of, by wt., 20-50% Ag, 30-55% Pd and 15-40% Cu. This material can be age hardened to >=about Hv 300 hardness giving fine tones while making good use of the superior workability of a conventional Ag-Cu alloy flute material, and an increase in the weight has been controlled.</p> |
