<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a film which is modified so that the surface has a uniformly coated surfactant and the surfactant can be penetrated into the film to show an effect of the modification for a long time, by dissolving an amide type or amine type surfactant in a plasticizer and applying the solution to a synthetic resin film. CONSTITUTION:A modifying composition is obtained by mixing (A) 100pts.wt. of a plasticizer such as a phthalic acid type plasticizer or a fatty acid type plasticizer, (B) 0.5-200pts.wt. of an amide type or amine type surfactant, each represented by formula I or II, wherein R and R3 are each a 6-30C alkyl or an aryl, R1, R2, R4 and R5 are each a 1-5C alkylene and m+n and p+q are each 1-12, and optionally (C) 0.001-5pts.wt. of a fluoroalkyl group-containing surfactant such as a perfluoroalkyl phosphate ester. A modified film having improved fogging resistance, blocking resistance, antistatic properties, etc., is obtained by coating a synthetic resin film such as a PVC film with said modifying composition by means of spraying, immersion or the like.</p> |
