PURPOSE:To miniaturize a notch filter, having a resonator coupled with a transmission line, on the whole by shortening it in the transmission line direction by making effective use of its space at right angle to the transmission line direction. CONSTITUTION:When a signal transmitted from input coaxial cable 5 is led to output coaxial cable 6 by way of the strip line in case 1, dielectric resonators 7 and 8 of f1 and f2 in resonance frequency provided to the strip line and dielectric resonators 9 and 10 of f2 and F1 in resonance frequency provided at a distance one quarter as long as the mean wavelength of f1 and f1 are used. Thus, a signal of a cutoff frequency determined by resonance frequencies f1 and F2 is inhibited from reaching output cable 6. Therefore, the transmission-directional case length of the notch filter is shortened. |
