发明名称 DIRECTION FINDER
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic simple direction finder which requires no high-voltage power source by a method wherein an azimuth signal based on the aerial direction rotation by the electronic switching is compared in phase with a reference signal and a luminous element of high brightness is selected. CONSTITUTION:The output voltage from crossed directional aerials 1 and 2 is inputted in the primary winding, while a plurality of steps of a group of the secondary windings which complement the above are switched by a switching scanner 4 in accordance with a frequency-diving output. This directional signal and the output of a nondirectional antenna 5 are processed by a coupler 7 to be a signal which is modulated in amplitude by a step wave which shows the single-oriented directivity and whose phase changes corresponding to the direction wherein an electric wave comesand forms on cycle at the angle of 360 deg.C. By a phase information which is given by the zero crossing of the basic-wave component of the above signal and corresponds to the azimuth through a mono-multi 11, a memory circuit 23 which stores the number of frequency-dividing output of a frequency divider 22 controlled by the triangle wabe of the reference phase outputted by a system 40 is controlled. The luminous element of an indicator 26 corresponding to the memory in the circuit 23 is lighted through selection, and thus the simple direction finder of high brightness which has high reliability for its electronic driving and requires no cathode-ray tube and the like and no high-voltage power source is obtained.
