PURPOSE:To simplify a service trunk and time-division switch by permitting a call waiting service trunk to be used between the incoming connection request of the 3rd party and the 1st hooking of the 1st party and by making other connections by a time-division switch. CONSTITUTION:The 1st party (subscriber) A and 2nd party B are connected together via time-division switch TDS and when the 3rd party C sends a connection request to the 1st party A during their telephone call, the 1st party A and 2nd party B are connected to call waiting trunk TWT via switch TDS according to the indication of the control processor. Further, the 3rd party C is connected to ringing tone trunk RBT to send a ring-back tone. In addition, the 1st party A and 2nd party B are connected in trunk TWT and an incoming display tone is sent to the 1st subscriber A. As the 1st party A performs hooking operation, switch TDS connects the 1st party A to the 3rd party C and the 2nd party B is connected to busy-tone trunk HST to send a busy tone. Then, as the 1st party A performs the hooking again, switch TDS connects the 1st party A to the 2nd party B and the 3rd party C to trunk HST. |
