PURPOSE:To improve separation property from a film and to enhance a cooling property of the film, by a method wherein a plasticized thermoplastic resin film is supported by a double-bleached kraft paper having a surface weight of 50-100g/ cm<2> for cooling. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic resin is molded into a thermoplastic film 2 by means of a film molding device 1, and the film is continuously fed to a cooling roll 3. In the meantime, the cooling roll 3 feeds a double-bleached kraft paper 4 having a surface weight of 50-100g/cm<2> continuously, and the kraft paper supports the film 2 in such a manner as causes the film to be adhered to the kraft paper. The film is rolled around a winding roll 5 as it is cooled. After the film 2 ceases to show blocking or viscosity resulting from a proper aging process, the film 2 is separated from the kraft paper 4 for winding. This causes the improvement of cutting and perforating and prevents the film from curling when the film is separated from a support material. |
