摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent an intermediate thermal medium from being overcooled and perform electric power generation at high efficiency, by providing a filling material in a heat exchanger between liquefied natural gas and the intermediate thermal medium. CONSTITUTION:In a heat exchanger 1 between liquefied natural gas (LNG) and propane gas, an intermediate thermal medium, the LNG is introduced to a bunch 12 of pipes, and its lower half part is used as a storage part for liquefied propane gas (LPG), and in its intermediate part a filling material 13 is arranged. In this way, the intermediate thermal medium from a turbine 4 is contacted to the filling material 13 capable of preventing overcooling of the intermediate thermal medium due to the LNG. A heat exchanger 2 between the intermediate thermal medium and water or sea water is constructed by a fixed pipe plate heat exchanger type, and in its lower half part a bunch 22 of pipes for the water or sea water is provided. In this way, the action of liquefaction-vaporization of the intermediate thermal medium can be effectively utilized to perform electric power generation at high efficiency.
