Bottle cleanliness testing arrangement - detects residual deposits by change in dielectric constant of capacitor formed by two electrodes in transportation path

The appts. tests bottles, flasks, glasses etc. for residual traces, esp. liq. such as lye soln., liquor, electrolyte or brine, so that they can be used again. A transporting section moves them past an e.m. radiation source. A receiving section has electrodes directed towards the bottles or similar. An evaluating unit is coupled to the radiation source and controls an ejector in accordance with the result of the measured radiation. Two, mutually isolated electrodes (2,3) are installed below the bottle transporting path. These electrodes form the plates of a capacitor of an electrical measuring circuit determining the dielectric constant.
