摘要 <p>The printer for electrophoretic recording has electrodes (3) movable with respect to an image carrier (1). A liquid developer (2) wets the electrodes and contacts the carrier. Recording takes place under the influence of a control voltage (Ust) by adherence of pigment to the image carrier. In order to enable rapid point-like (matrix-like) recording of high optical density, the surface (1') of the image carrier is electrically conductive. Also a jet nozzle for the continuous supply of developer liquid to the surface of the image carrier is arranged just before the electrode or at the area of the electrode, viewed in the direction of movement of the image carrier. Behind the electrode there is arranged a device for the removal of depleted developer liquid.</p>
