Shears for cutting rolled profiles - have combined double upper and lower cutters

The shears for cutting rolled profiles have two upper and two lower shear blades. The upper blades approach the section to be cut vertically or at an angle of forty five degrees. Two upper blades (3, 4) are held in supports (1, 2). The lower blades (7, 8) are held in lower supports (5, 6). The drive is provided by the crankshaft (11) with connecting rod which is directly connected to the support (2) which is able to swivel on a member pivoted at the base of the stand. The other upper blade (1) is guided in an opening in the first upper blade guide. This shears system cuts cold thin profiles to required lengths at a high cutting rate yet with high precision.
