PURPOSE:To enable electrode printing even in an extremely thin ceramic green sheet by printing electrode ink on a substrate, drying the electrode ink and forming the ceramic green sheet using a polymeric form resin onto the electrode ink. CONSTITUTION:Electrode ink 2 is printed onto a substrate 1, and dried. A ceramic green sheet 3 is shaped onto the substrate 1 through a casting method, etc. Dielectric slurry is applied onto a film with an electrode, and polymerized while accelerating an oxidation polymerization reaction, thus manufacturing the ceramic green sheet to which the electrode is formed. Electrode ink can be printed without deforming and modifying the ceramic green sheet, and the protuberance of the electrode can also be removed, thus remarkably improving the yield of products. |
