PURPOSE:To avoid the cross connection at the inside and outside of mounting block, by the constitution of a secondary switch possible for separation into basic elements, R sets of horizontal lines and (g) sets of vertical lines, and by multiple connection of one of primary or secondary switch at the external side of the mounting block. CONSTITUTION:On one mounting block 301 like printed substrate, a primary switch 101 of 4 sets of vertical lines and 4 sets of horizontal lines, and secondary switches 201-204 using the switch element split into 1 set of horizontal line and 4 sets of vertical lines, are mounted. Further, the 4 sets of horizontal line of the primary switch 101 are connected to each 1 set of horizontal line of the secondary switches 201-204, to constitute the 2 stage connection network in which the 4 sets of vertical lines of the primary switch 101 is taken as the input lines and each 4 sets of vertical lines of the secondary switches 201-204, that is, 16 sets are taken as the outgoing lines.
