<p>A handle is connected to a plate fitted with a felt, foamed plastics or similar overlay, to make up a board for rubbing, in connection with rendering or masonry work. The rubbing plate (3) is made from flexible material, pref. sheet steel. The handle (5) is rigidly fastened to it, and is of variable length. It may incorporate a grip piece (5) attached to carriers (4) fixed so as to protrude on the plate, via connecting members (9,10) which can be shortened. This piece can have one or more internally threaded lengthways holes (14,15) engaged by externally threaded connecting members.</p> |
