<p>Where a water closet of the low-level flush suite type is provided, in a toilet room or bathroom, overall space is saved by fitting a wash-basin (4) on top of the flushing cistern (3). The outflow of the basin opens into the cistern (3). The cold water supply to the basin may branch off from that for the flushing cistern. It can have a bottom edge with a peripheral groove (11) fitting the top edge (12) of the cistern, while its rear edge may be set on the top edge of a spacer between wall and cistern. It may overlap the cistern at the front.</p> |
