PURPOSE:To perfectly mix heat insulating particles and an adhesive agent at the time of producing a paint heat insulating material for buildings, by putting the mixture of heat insulating particles and adhesive agent into a nonair-permeable bag, and rotating the same in an agitating vessel. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin expanded particles of polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. having about 1-15mm. grain sizes or inorganic expanded particles of pearlite, vermiculite, etc. as heat insulating particles 6, 1,2-polybutadiene, dry oil such as linseed oil, latex and vinyl acetate etc. as an adhesive agent 7 are put into a nonair-permeable bag 8 made of synthetic film or sheet, and air is put therein, thence the bag is filled in an agitating vessel 1. The agitating vessel 1 is tightly closed by a cover 2, and is rotated by a shaft 3 so that the heat insulating particles 6 and adhesive agent 7 in the bag 8 are lifted by centrifugal force then dropped, whereby they are perfectly agitated and mixed. The mixture is coated on the required areas of buildings. |
