PURPOSE:To prevent the breaking of cross-over wires connecting the brushes and the terminals of an AC generator for motorcar although the cross-over wires receive the low frequency vibration of the engine by a method wherein supporting parts tying up the middle of the wires are integrated into the brush holder. CONSTITUTION:Supporting metal fittings 17 are implanted on both sides of a guide part 16 of a brush holder 12 of an AC generator, and the tips are rounded. Cross- over wires 14 extending from brushes 10, 11 are tied up at the tip parts of the supporting metal fittings 17 and are wound around terminals 15 to fix. Besides, the supporting parts of the cross-over wires 14 may be formed protruding from the guide part 16. By this way, the cross-over wires 14 do not break although they receive the low frequency vibration of the engine. |
