PURPOSE:To form gaps having a prescribed angle at the connecting faces of rotor conductor bars and a short-circuit ring of a squirrel-cage induction machine without machining the rotor conductor bars by a method wherein slots to be provided in the rotor core are made to have a prescribed angle of inclination. CONSTITUTION:Slots 1a are provided to have a prescribed angle of inclination B against the center axis in a rotor core 1 of a squirrel-cage induction machine, and a rotor conductor bars 2 are inserted into the inclining slots 1a. By this way, gaps having an inclining angle A are formed at the connecting faces of the rotor conductor bars 2 and a short-circuit ring 3, and a binder 4 is made to permeate in the gaps to fix the rotor conductor bars 2 and the short-circuit ring 3. |
