PURPOSE:To prepare the titled food eatable in packaged state, preservable over a long period and suitable as an emergency food, food for hiking or a relish for wine, by rolling a stuffing composed mainly of water-soaked rice with a tangle sheet and packaging the product in a vacuum-packaging container. CONSTITUTION:A stuffing composed mainly of rice thoroughly impregnated with water and preferably mixed with fish meat and digestive enzyme is rolled with a tangle sheet. The product is packaged, optionally together with a seasoning liquid, in a vacuum-packaging container to obtain the objective food. |
