PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of the work for humidifying a substrate and coating the same with serum by a constitution wherein the substrate is humidified with the buffer solution by a humidifying mecahanism, unnecessary buffer solution is removed by a buffer-solution removing mechanism, and later the application of the serum is performed by a coating mechanism in the electrophoresis. CONSTITUTION:The substrate such as a cellulose acetate film is fixed on a cassette 50, put on belts 15 and 16 and moved, lowered along the tilt surfaces of sliding ways 13 and 14, and dipped in the buffer solution 12. The substrate is further moved and, when being passed in front of a blowing port 18, unnecessary buffer solution stuck to the substrate is removed by the air from the blowing port 18. Here the operation of the belts 15 and 16 is once stopped, while a serum-coating device 19 is lowered, and the substrate is coated with the serum. After the coating is completed, the belts 15 and 16 are operated again and the cassette 50 is introduced from an opening 21 into an electrophoretic box 20. |
