PURPOSE:To obtain an adhesive film with a slight content of residual solvent, by applying a composition containing a specific reactive copolymer, a crosslinking agent, a liquid substance capable of addition polymerization and a photopolymerization initiator to a filmlike substrate, and irradiating the coating layer with actinic rays. CONSTITUTION:A filmlike substrate is coated with a composition containing (A) 40-90pts.wt. a copolymer having a glass transition point <=-30 deg.C, obtained from (a) 80-97mol% one or more types of monomers, e.g. an alkyl acrylate, and (b) 3-20mol% a monomer having a functional group, e.g. carboxyl group, and an ethylenically unsaturated group, (B) a crosslinking agent having two or more crosslinkable functional groups reactive with the functional group in the component (b) in an amount of 0.1-2 equivalents to the functional group in the component (b), (C) 10-40pts.wt. a monofunctional liquid substance, capable of addition polymerization, and having a boiling point of 200 deg.C or above, (D) 1-10pts.wt. a bifunctional liquid substance, capable of addition polymerization, and having a boiling point of 200 deg.C or above and (E) 1-15pts.wt. a photopolymerization initiator system. The coating layer thus formed is then irradiated with actinic rays to give an adhesive film. |
