PURPOSE:To improve the frequency-temperature characteristic of one signal, by connecting two oscillating circuits to the rectangular quartz vibrator, and taking out the outputs of short side longitudianl oscillation (HF) and long side longitudinal oscillation (LF). CONSTITUTION:The exciting electrodes 6a, 6b for HF are connected to the oscillating circuit 7 for HF, and the exciting electrodes 6c, 6d for LF are connected to the oscillating circuit 8 for LF. The electrodes 6a, 6b are used for short side longitudinal oscillation and the electrode width becomes narrower and narrower as appoaching the center part, and the electrodes 6c, 6d for long side longitudinal oscillation are made narrower and narrower as its electrode width approaches the center part, on the shaft meeting at right angles with the shaft of the electrodes 6a, 6b. And a quartz plate which has been obtained by rotating the Y plate by 40 deg.- 65 deg. centering around the X shaft and furthermore rotating it by + or -(40 deg.-50 deg.) in the intrenal surface is used as a vibrator 6. In this way, the temperature characteristic of an output of the oscillating circuit 7 can be flat. |
