<p>Improved rolling oil compositions are obtained by blending a petroleum base oil with a particularly specified dimer acid, a particularly specified saturated fatty alcohol and a particularly specified lower alkyl ester of a fatty acid. These formulations are extremely effective for use in the cold rolling of aluminum and aluminum alloys since they exhibit excellent lubrication properties and do not produce undesirable surface stain.</p> |
