A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SYNTHETIC RESIN PACKED PRODUCT ASSEMBLY An improved method is described for producing a synthetic resin packed product assembly, such as a coil assembly. The coil is impregnated with a thermosetting resin in liquid state and then immersed in a hot-melt material, such as wax, in liquid state. The wax adhering around the resin coated coil is then hardened and the resin encased within the wax is also hardened while being contained by the hardened wax casing. Thereafter the wax casing may be removed leaving the resin packed assembly.
