PURPOSE:To check many kinds of patterns with simple facilitates, by using liquid- crystal write bulbs. CONSTITUTION:On the optical path of readig white light source 18, liquid-crystal write bulbs 5 and 12 obtained by laminating photoconductive layers and liquid- crystal layers are arranged. Then, printed board 1 to be checked where pattern part 1a is formed is irradiated with ultraviolet rays 2 and its reflected light is image- formed and recorded on liquid-crystal bulb 5. Further, standard pattern drawing 8 with drawn standard pattern part 8a is irradiated with light from ultraviolet-ray source 9 and its reflected light is image-formed and recorded on liquid-crystal write bulb 12. Furthermore, recorded images of liquid-crystal write bulbs 5 and 12 are expanded and projected on screen 16 with light from reading white light source 18 and superposed composite pattern image 17 is checked. Thus, many kinds of patterns can be checked in real time with simple facilities while materials of a substance to be checked and standard pattern are not limited. |
