PURPOSE:To peel the shell of a boiled egg, automatically, by revolving a drum- shaped rotor thereby turing the boiled egg to the reverse direction, and breaking the shell with a hooking groove at the outer side of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:The rotor 1 is revolved with the motor 5, and the semicircular egg is rotated with the rotor while colliding to the collision plate 2 and the lid 3. Fine cracks are formed to the shell of the egg by vibration, friction, and other actions, and as the revolutional speed of the rotor increases, the shell membrane is separated from the albumen. the crack of the shell is hooked with the hooking groove at the outer side of the rotor 1, and the shell is removed by the rotation, and then the other shell and the shell membrane are removed from the albumen. |
