<p>PURPOSE:To prevent troubles due to wrong loading, by providing protuberances and recesses fitting to each other when a cassette is loaded at a cassette receiving plate in a right posture and a right position, together with a fitting detector. CONSTITUTION:A toner image corresponding to an original image is formed on the outer surface of electrophotographic photosensitive drum 1 during its rotation by actions of a latent image forming device and a developing device. Protuberances 31, 31 directed downward are provided under the bottom of cassette 3. Cassette receiving plate 4 is provided with receiving recesses 41, 41 to be fitted to said protuberances 31, 31 respectively, when cassette 3 is loaded at cassette receiving plate 4 in a right posture and a right position, and microswitches to be turned on upon being pressed with protuberances 31, 31 are provided in the lower parts of recesses 41, 41, thus permitting protuberances 31, 31 not to be fitted to recesses 41, 41 when its posture and position are wrong in loading cassette 3, and therefore, wrong fitting to be easily found by an operator.</p> |
