<p>NEW MATERIAL:Benzothiazine derivatives of formula I [R<1>-R<5> are H, lower alkyl respectively; R<6> is 1-20C alkyl, cycloalky, aralkyl, aryloxyalkl, formula II (R<7> is H, alkyl, aralkyl), or R<5> and R<6> are group which can form a heterocyclic ring together with an adjacent nitrogen atom; n is 0-2] or their salts. EXAMPLE:1-(3,4-Dihydro-3-oxo-2H-1,4-benzothiazin-6-yl)-2-tert-butylami no-propanol. USE:They are used as a drug having activities of increasing cerevral blood flow, vasodilation, antithrombosis, cholesterol reduction and hypotension. PREPARATION:The reaction between a compound of formula III (Y is halogen) and another compound of formula IV affords a novel compound of formula V (R<8> is the same as R<5> or amino-protecting group that can be eliminated by hydrolysis), which is reduced to give the compound of formula I.</p> |
