NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R is lower alkyl or phenyl; R' is lower alkyl). EXAMPLE:1-[ o-( 2',6'-Dichloroanilino )phenyl ]-2-methoxy-2-methylthioethylene. USE:An intermediate for a medicine having analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, and a compound having analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects. PROCESS:One mole of a compound expressed by formula IV is reacted with 1- 1.5mol a compound of formula III, 1-1.5mol K2CO3 and 0.1-0.2mol CuBr in a solvent, e.g. xylene, at 120-200 deg.C, to prepare a compound expressed by formula II. One mole of the resultant compound is then reacted with 1-2mol a formylphosphonate-O,S-acetal, e.g. diethyl(1-methoxy-1-methylthio)methylphosphonate, and one or more moles NaH in a solvent, e.g. THF, at 50-100 deg.C, to give the compound expressed by formula I. |
