CONSTITUTION:The chemical components and physical characteristics of the raw materials from a storage tank 12 charged into a blast furnace 14 are measured with lapse of time during the time when they go from raw material manufacturing plants 10, 10' to the blast furnace 14. In addition, the movement of the raw materials of the conveying process to the blast furnace 14 is tracked to obtain the components, etc. of the raw materials which are momentarily charged into the blast furnace 14. While the change amounts of the molten iron temperaures or molten iron Si values are forecast based on the responsiveness with respect to the changes in the components, etc. having beforehand been obtained, the in-furnace temperatures for theoperation change amounts having beforehand been obtained are forecast by the predetermined method. From the thus obtained forecast values and the actually measured values of the molten iron temperatures, etc., the molten iron temperatures, etc. in future time are forecast and the molten iron temperatures or molten iron Si values are controlled according to the specific formula by the corrected forecast values obtained from thus obtained forecast values by the predetermined method. |
