PURPOSE:To eliminate a use of adhesive agent, avoid an irregularity of a bonding strength and reduce an assembly time by a method wherein a cylindrical type electrical distortion oscillator, an end of ink introducing pipe and a nozzle are connected through a coupling of an electric conductive sleeve. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a cylindrical electric distortion oscillator 10 is inserted into an insulative sleeve 14 to make it to be positioned substantially at a central part of the oscillator 10. Then, the ends of conductive sleeves 15, 16 are fitted at both ends of the oscillator 10 to press the insulation sleeve 14 and fixed to the oscillator 10. Following the above, O-rings etc. are inserted at the other ends of the conductive sleeves 15, 16, end 11 of the inke introducing pipe and end of nozzle part 12 are press fitted, then fixed to the ink jet head supporter member 22. Conductive adhesive agent is coated on the electrode lead out portions 20a, 21a arranged at the oscillator 10 and it is preferable to perform a positive connection between the electrode 20 and the sleeve 15, the electrode 21 and the sleeve 16 respectively. |
