PURPOSE:To eliminate spike noise surely to facilitate making the circuit into an IC, by superposing the reset pulse onto the integration voltage of the integrating capacitor to switch the diode for integration reset and so on in the video camera. CONSTITUTION:The output of sensor part 23 of the solid image pickup device is supplied to the noise eliminating circuit after amplification. In the noise eliminating circuit, integrating capacitor 27 and the cathode of diode 38 are connected to the collector of transistor 25 which converts the input voltage to a current, and the anode of diode 38 is connected to power source 30 through load resistance 29, and negative-polarity integration reset pulse 39 is applied to the other end 31 of capacitor 27. When the reset pulse is high-level, diode 38 is cut off and capacitor 27 perform the integrating operation; and when the reset pulse is low-level, diode 38 is turned on to perform integration reset, and the integral value of capacitor 27 is read out. |
