<p>The equipment cleans the tubes of a power station condenser by means of balls, there being a V-shaped strainer in the condenser outlet followed by a strainer housing. A pipe and pump return the balls via a sluice to the condenser inlet. The sluice is formed by a separator for the balls from fibrous material, with a hydro-cyclonic strainer and a tangential inlet union. The inside of the strainer is connected to the ball return pipe again, and the outside via a vale to a cooling water return pipe leading into the outlet from the condenser. The V-shaped strainer tilts on a horizontal axis near the strainer housing to allow flushing.</p> |
