SHRINKING METHOD OF THERMOSHRINKING TUBE

PURPOSE:To easily and uniformly shrink a specific type of thermoshrinking synthetic resin tube by means of a high-frequency heating method. CONSTITUTION:An object 2 to be covered is covered with the thermoshrinking synthetic resin tube 1 to which is added a material of a high dielectric loss factor so as to cover its part to be covered, and then the thermoshrinking tube 1 is covered with the high-frequency electrode 3 to which electricity is supplied from the power source 4. Then, the tube 1 is shrunk by the high-frequency heating system. Because the material whose temperature is raised at faster speed by the self thermogenetic property of the thermoshrinking tube 1 than by external heating and whose dielectric loss factor is great is uniformly distributed within the tube 1, uniform heating can be easily attained and therefore, better finished surface can be obtained on processed part.
