PURPOSE:To decide data accurately with two or more data agreements at least, by storing only data of the first frame in a shift register circuits and by comparing directly data of the second frame and succeeding frames with this stored data. CONSTITUTION:If the input signal is the signal of the first frame, the circuit is so set that output data of data distributing circuit 23 may be input to shift register circuit 24. If the input signal is the signal of the second frame or succeeding frames, output data for every one bit of shift register circuit 24 is circulated, and data distributing circuit 23 is so set that data for every one bit of the second frame or succeeding frames may be input to logical operation circuit 25. Thus, the circuit is so switched that the AND between output data for every one bit of shift register circuit 24 and data for every one bit of the second frame or succeeding frames may be obtained. |
