<p>The furnace consists of a cylindrical combustion chamber, mounted horizontally. The chamber connects with an ash container (2) located below the cylinder. The ends of the cylinder are closed, and a smaller cylinder (3) is fitted inside the first. This cylinder is opened at one end (17). Fuel is supplied from a side chute into the furnace through an opening (9), mixed with pre heated air. Circulating air is admitted through the opening (12).
