The anchor stock is added to a stockless anchor and is attached in two halves to each of the flukes. Each fluke has a corner hole to take a pin (4) which holds the U-shaped bracket (3). The stock (1) may have a circular or square section and is welded to the bottom of theU-bracket. The stock may be straight or curved and stowed by pivoting about to lie along side the fluke. The travel of the stock is limited by the stump (1b).
