The machine has a rotating cylinder drum (2) with radial cylinders in each of which a piston (1) reciprocates. The pistons have shoes (11) on their outer ends which run on a cam ring (27) inside the casing. The cam ring is eccentric to the drum. The drum is mounted on a shaft (3) and is rotated with the shaft. There is a radial clearance between the inside of the drum and the shaft. The shaft has a flange and the drum is connected to the shaft by axial pins (5) from the drum into the shaft. One end of each pin is held in an elastic bush (4).(DS).
