Concentrated dyestuff preparations contain a metallized dye of the azo series and a monopropanolamine. Preferably the dyes are copperized disazo dyes produced from a tetrazotised diaminodiphenyl compound and 2 moles of hydroaznaphthalenesulphonic acid as coupling component. The preparation is preferably a liquid preparation of a water-soluble metallized azo dye containing 1 part by weight of dye, 2 to 15 parts by weight of water and 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of monopropanolamine, however as little as 1-5 % by weight of monopropanolamine based on weight of dyestuff may be used.</p> |
