PURPOSE:To curtail the furnishing process of an armature coil of motor to a printed board and to elevate the reliability by a method wherein the coil is formed making a conductor having an insulating film to come in contact closely with each other and a pair of insulating films at electrode parts are stripped off. CONSTITUTION:Traditional lead wires of an armature coil 6 of motor are eliminated, and the parts of insulating films 4 and adhesive films 5 having a proper length l1 at the beginning and the ending parts of the coil 6 are stipped off to expose core 3. The parts exposing the cores 3 are used as electrodes 6a, 6b of the coil 6. The coil 6 is put on a printed board, and the electrodes 6a, 6b are soldered to a prescribed circuit pattern to be connected electrically and mechanically and is fixed. By this way, the furnising process to the board can be curtailed widely, and the reliability can be elevated.
