PURPOSE:To reduce the loss of rotating torque at a bearing part of a rotor and the generation of noise and to enlarge the using life by a method wherein a thrust plate coming in point contact with a spherical face-shaped end face of a rotary shaft and forming lubricant supplying slender grooves is provided on a supporting member. CONSTITUTION:A boss 7B is formed concentrically at the position of inside diameter side of a boss 7A accommodating a metal bearing 8 of an end bracket 7 and a plastic thrust plate 12 confronting with a spherical face-shaped end part of a rotary shaft 11 is inserted and is fixed in the boss. The outer circumferential part of the thrust plate 12 is situated closely to the inner circumferential part of the boss 7A, the metal bearing 8 and the accommodating position of a lubricant 10, and the thrust plate is formed as a disk having a enough thickness to enable to give a proper thrust dimension when the plate comes in point contact with the spherical face- shaped end part. By this way, the boss of rotating torque at the bearing part and the generation of noise is reduced, and the using life can be enlarged. |
