<p>Monohalogenated derivatives of 7-hydroxy coumarin having the general formula: wherein R1 is an alkyl radical substituted with a basic group, R2 is hydrogen or an alkyl or aryl radical, R3 is an alkyl radical substituted with a basic group, an alkenyl radical, a carboxyalkyl radical or an alkoxycarbonylalkyl radical and X represents a halogen atom, have been found to possess a remarquable vasodilatory activity.</p> |
