PURPOSE:To prevent drop of output voltage on account of an output line capacitance by connecting an output line capacitor to the end of a resistance element which becomes an input resistor for an operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A photodiode 2, a switching element 4, a resistance element 11 and a voltage source 6 are connected in series and connected to the input terminal of an operational amplifier 8, and an output line capacitor 5 is connected in parallel with the voltage source 6. By so constructing the circuit, output voltage does not drop owing to the effect of an output line capacitance Cd. Therefore, a large value of the output voltage compared with noise voltage consisting of clock noise and fixed pattern noise can be obtained and a dynamic range can be made wider. |
