<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the uniform multiplication factor of a device further with its quick response, by piling nets in such a manner that a cross point of the net of one dynode is arranged at a face-to-face position to meshes of a net of the neighboring dynode. CONSTITUTION:Conductive nets 10, 20 and 30 constitute support parts for the first stage dynode 6, the second stage dynode 7 and the third stage dynode 8. When viewed from the direction of incidence of a primary electron, a cross point of the second stage dynode 7 is overlapped to the center of meshes of a net of the first stage dynode 6 further the first and second stage dynodes 6 and 7 are piled at a space narrower than length of a secondary electron emission body. The third stage dynode 8 is also arranged, in a relation with the second stage dynode 7, similarly to the relative position relation between the first and second stage dynodes 6 and 7.</p> |
