摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make possible to control a device securely without increasing the light emitting amount of a light source by fitting a light guide inside, making its light emitting end face smaller than its light introducing end face and providing a means to align its optical axis. CONSTITUTION:A light guide 10 is equipped inside, its light introducing face 10a is arranged at the top of an outer casing 11 and its light emitting end face 10b is formed smaller than the end face 10a. And a light receiving element 2 is brazed to an element mounting base floor 11c. Now it may become a problem to align the axes of an outer casing upper part 11a and an outer casing lower part 11b, however, since the contact faces of the upper part 11a and the lower part 11b are formed to be fitted with an accuracy of within + or -0.04mm., there is no problem to align the two parts. To solve another problem to position the element 2 on the floor 11c, when the light receiving region of the element 2 is located in the center of the element 2 and electrodes are provided around the element, perpendicularly intersecting lines to conform the four apexes of the element 2 are drawn by, for example, marking-off. By so doing, the optical axis of the guide 10 and the light receiving region of the element 2 can be aligned securely.</p>
