<p>The ski brake consists of a metal clamp (10) with two braking pins, and operated by a pedal (7). The pedal (7) of the brake (6) is mounted on an axle (8) at right angles to the lengthwise direction of the ski. The end of the pedal (7) facing the ski connection (4) acts together with the end of the guide plate (3) of the ski connection (4).
